SlipDoctors Product Warranty

Coverage Period:

All properly installed SlipDoctors products are guaranteed to increase the coefficient of friction of the treated surface for a period of one (1) or two (2) years, depending on the specific product applied.

Conditions:

This warranty is valid provided that:

• Appropriate surface preparation and cleaning procedures have been followed.

• No contaminants were present at the time of application.

Warranty Claims:

If the treated surface loses its coefficient of friction during the warranty period, SlipDoctors will, at its discretion, either:

• Replace the product, or

• Offer an alternative solution as deemed appropriate.

Limitations:

• This warranty covers replacement of the product only. It does not cover any labor, installation costs, or other expenses.

• SlipDoctors is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage, whether direct or consequential, resulting from the use or inability to use the product.

User Responsibility:

• Before application, the User must determine the suitability of the product for the intended use. The User assumes all risk and liability in connection with the product’s use.

• No statement or recommendation not included in this warranty shall be binding unless agreed upon in a written document signed by both the User and SlipDoctors.

• The User assumes all risks and responsibility associated with the disposal of the product.
